Senegal’s Dakar Port caters to the need of ICS as a whole – for imports and exports. The major raw materials of ICS like Sulphur, Coal, Potash, Ammonia, and Urea etc. are imported in bulk, including spares. Phosphoric Acid, which is the main product of sale gets exported.

All the moles in the piers allotted to ICS are secured with fire protective systems like fire lance monitor. 24/7 security guards monitor the storage areas.

ICS owned rail transportation takes care of bulk movement from Mole 5 & 8 to Mboro plant. The wagon loading is fully automated. The belt conveyor system is used to load the wagons and automated weighing scales take care of coal and sulphur weighing.
